777fx Terms and Conditions

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 777fx ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any game, or otherwise accessing any feature of 777fx, you accept these Terms without reservation.

These Terms apply to all users of the 777fx platform regardless of how they access it — via web browser on desktop or mobile, or any other supported access method. Using the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To register and use 777fx, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 777fx is strictly an adult platform and no exceptions are made to this requirement under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 777fx or any of its affiliated companies or technology providers.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have a currently active self-exclusion on the platform. If you have previously self-excluded and the exclusion period has not ended, you are not eligible to use 777fx.

3 Account Registration

Each individual user is permitted to hold one account only on 777fx. Opening more than one account — whether intentionally or not — is a breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be identified and closed, and any balances associated with duplicate accounts may be voided.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with anyone, allow anyone else to access your account, or use another person's account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 777fx support immediately.

• Account registration is free. There are no fees for creating an account.
• You may only register one account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Accounts registered using VPN services, proxy servers, or other tools to disguise the user's location may be subject to review and suspension.
• 777fx reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 777fx are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions applied at any point during the deposit or withdrawal process. Your account balance is displayed and maintained in PKR at all times.

777fx supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — Pakistan's most widely used mobile wallet
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet and over-the-counter transfers
• Raast — Pakistan's instant digital payment system
• Bank Transfer — direct transfer from any Pakistani bank account
• Debit and Credit Cards — where supported by your card issuer
• Mobile Wallets — other supported wallets as listed in the cashier section

Deposits are generally credited to your 777fx account balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the method used. Withdrawals are processed as quickly as possible; standard processing times are displayed in the withdrawal section of the platform at the time of your request.

777fx reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This may include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of the payment method used, or other documentation as required. Withdrawals will be held pending until verification is complete.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the platform. These limits may vary by payment method and by account verification status.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

777fx offers sports betting across cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, Esports, and other sporting events, alongside a full range of casino games including slots, fish games, bingo, and live casino titles.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after it has been accepted by the platform, except in circumstances where 777fx determines that an error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical error, system fault, or obvious pricing mistake, 777fx reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• For cricket and PSL markets, specific rules regarding rain interruptions, match abandonments, reduced-over formats, and player withdrawals are detailed in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform. These sport-specific rules take precedence over general betting rules where they apply.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. Acceptance of a live bet is not guaranteed and may be delayed or declined during periods of high market volatility, such as during wickets in a cricket match or goals in a football game.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation processes. The platform does not and cannot influence individual game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet and stake limits apply across all markets and game types. These are displayed at the point of placing a bet or wager.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

777fx offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered or claimed.

• Bonus funds are held separately from real money funds in your account. You cannot withdraw bonus funds directly — they must be wagered a specified number of times before they convert to withdrawable real money.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, and time limits for each bonus will be displayed on the relevant promotion page. Please read these before claiming any bonus.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• 777fx reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If a bonus is cancelled while you hold it, the bonus amount will be removed from your account, but any real money balance will not be affected.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. If 777fx determines that a bonus has been claimed or used in a manner designed to exploit the terms — for example, through systematic low-risk wagering specifically to clear a bonus — the bonus may be voided and the account reviewed.
• Free spins and other non-cash bonuses are subject to their own specific terms as stated on the promotion page.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777fx. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, their balance voided, and may be permanently banned from the platform.

• Using fraudulent payment methods — including stolen cards, unauthorised mobile wallet accounts, or any payment instrument you do not have the right to use.
• Chargebacks and payment reversals — initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider while retaining the benefit of a deposit or winnings derived from that deposit.
• Collusion — coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multiplayer environment.
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets across multiple outcomes in a systematic way designed solely to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, specifically in the context of exploiting pricing errors.
• Use of automated tools — using bots, scripts, software, or any automated process to interact with the platform in place of a human user.
• Account sharing or selling — sharing access to your account with any third party, or selling, transferring, or purchasing any 777fx account.
• Exploiting technical errors — knowingly using a technical fault, pricing error, or system glitch to place bets or make transactions that would not otherwise have been possible.
• Providing false information — supplying inaccurate personal details during registration, verification, or at any other point during your use of the platform.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

777fx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Reasons that may lead to suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to pass identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity or use of fraudulent payment methods
• Chargebacks or unresolved payment disputes initiated by the user
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Operation of duplicate accounts
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or offensive towards platform staff

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the user will be notified. A suspended account balance will be held securely during the investigation period. If the investigation confirms a breach of terms, the balance may be partially or fully voided depending on the nature of the breach.

Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 777fx support. Any real money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account — after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements — will be returned via your registered withdrawal method.

9 Responsible Gaming

777fx is committed to responsible gaming. The platform is designed for entertainment only and should never be used as a source of income or to address financial difficulties. We provide the following tools to help you stay in control of your gaming activity:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much PKR you can deposit into your account.
• Session reminders — set alerts that notify you when you have been active on the platform for a defined period of time.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place any bets. Self-exclusions take effect promptly upon request.
• Reality checks — periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing during a session.

10 Privacy and Data

777fx collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes information provided during registration, transaction records, betting and gaming history, device and browser information, and communications between you and 777fx. This data is used to operate the platform, process transactions, verify identity, prevent fraud, and improve the user experience.

777fx does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processing partners, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services strictly for the purposes of operating the platform and protecting users.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777fx platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and any other materials — is the property of 777fx or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 777fx platform without prior written permission.

• You may not use the 777fx name, logo, or branding in any context without explicit written authorisation.
• Game software and content provided by third-party game studios remains the intellectual property of those studios. 777fx operates these games under licence and does not own the underlying game software.

12 Limitation of Liability

777fx provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted, 777fx excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

777fx shall not be liable for any of the following, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind
• Losses arising from interruption of service, technical faults, or maintenance periods
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms

In all cases, 777fx's maximum liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Changes to These Terms

777fx reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, users will be notified — this may be via an on-screen notice when you log in, an email to your registered address, or a prominent notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and arrange withdrawal of your balance.

The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last updated. We recommend reviewing the Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
